Please be aware that we will not submit or edit listings for you, it is your responsibility to list your lost or found pet.

If you are having technical difficulties adding a listing, please refer to our FAQ page in the first instance. In particular, please make sure that you have correctly resized your photo. Most problems with adding a listing occur because the photo being added is too large. The allowable photo sizes are listed on our FAQ page.

If you have followed the instructions on the FAQ page, and are still unable to successfully list your pet, then please let us know - ensuring that you include detailed information on what you were attempting to do and what errors you received when trying to add your listing.

We will not respond to emails that do not include details on what problems were encountered (including error messages), or that expect us to create the listing.
